Refunds & Exchanges
Beauty Canyon will provide refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
Please note: Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:
- Faulty
- Substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe
- Significantly different from its description/sample
If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.
Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined above.
Spray Tan: Spray tan sessions are not refundable as tan can appear different colours on different skin types. Mandatory photos (back and legs) are taken before/after tan.
This refund policy applies, and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments.
Pre-Paid Advance Skincare Treatments
All clients having IPL or laser treatments require a consultation with one of our therapists to determine the client is suitable for treatment.

Cancellation Notice
To avoid losing deposit
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- During the appointment, if it is deemed by therapist that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded.
- If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.
- Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product.
- Packages cannot be split over appointments.
- If your treatment has been pre-paid in a package, your deposit will be refunded, unless cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Adverse Reactions
All our therapists professionals are trained to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, Beauty Canyon will require up to 5 weeks to investigate your concern.
During this time, we will need your cooperation in consults to assess the area and to follow the guidance of our trained professionals.
An adverse reaction should be raised immediately (not more than 5 days) if a client has a reaction to a treatment or product that has been performed by Beauty Canyon.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours' prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation.
If you give less than 24 hours' prior notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to redeem a treatment from your package and/or retain any deposit paid.
Promotions
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
- Promotions must be redeemed within 2-6 months from date of purchase.

Pre-Paid Treatments & Packages
Pre-paid treatment packages must be redeemed within the following periods, after which, any unused portion will be forfeited:

Important: Treatments/Services are not transferable to other customers.
